Minutes of the AGM held in March 2024 were distributed via e mail prior to the meeting. They were moved by Steve Fairbrother and Seconded by Nick Jefferies
Matters arising from the above minutes.
Officers reports. President, Secretary, Treasurer. – The President and Secretary gave reportst on the years activities. Mark Longbottom gave a report on the yearly figures from the Accountants report.
A Vote of thanks for retiring Officials was made by Nick Jefferies the Club President
Election of Officials. Secretary, Treasurer, Club Captain. Committee
General Secretary of Bradford & DMC Ltd. – Ron Eddings – Proposed by Kath Eddings Seconded by Steve Fairbrother
Treasurer – Mark Longbottom- Proposed Brian Ayrton, Seconded Kath Eddings
Club Captain – Anthony Ayrton – Proposed Brian Ayrton Seconded Ron Eddings
Committee – No standing committee members are due for re-election. Richard Midgley and Chris Mitchell were proposed by Anthony Ayrton and seconded by Brian Ayrton to become a committee member
All the above proposals for Officers , Club Captain and Committee members were passed on a unanimous vote
